  • Firstly, rinse the stalk in water and cut open the aloe vera
  • Secondly, use a spoon to help extract the gel from inside
  • Thirdly, when ready, mix the aloe vera gel with the honey and water in a blender

  • Finally, you can divide it into two to three doses

To use

  • At the first symptoms of gastritis, drink half a glass of the liquid, up to two times a day
