In 2019, Florencia graduated in Nutrition from the National University of Córdoba, Argentina. She has nurtured her professional knowledge by taking courses on nutrition in physical activity and sports, food and nutrition in cerebral palsy, a practical approach in the management of food services, counseling on eating habits , comprehensive updating of obesity, and vegan and vegetarian food.
She currently works as a consultant in the private sector with a holistic food approach emphasizing the empowerment of food sovereignty.
