Raquel Aldana

Psychologist and Professor at the International University of La Rioja and the Pontifical University of Salamanca


General Health Psychologist specializing in emotional education and third-generation therapies. She has worked as an editor and content advisor in different media, coordinator of the Conference on Emotional Psychology and other training, as well as being the creator of a program that seeks to promote youth employability. She is the director of Raquel Aldana-Psychology.

About the author

Graduated in Clinical and Health Psychology from the University of Salamanca (2012). Raquel Aldana has a Master's degree in General Health Psychology from the National Distance Education University (UNED) and is a specialist in Emotional education.

She has worked as a psychologist, therapist, teacher and researcher in private centers, as well as preparing entrance exams for the State Security Forces. She has experience as the coordinator of the Conference on Emotional Psychology and other training sessions at the Youth Council of Logroño.

She has also served as a lecturer at the Instituto Riojano de la Juventud. She has stood out as a tutor professor in the Master's Degree in General Health Psychology at the International University of La Rioja (UNIR) and the National Distance Education University (UNED), as well as a tutor professor on the Psychology Degree at the Pontifical University of Salamanca ( UPSA).

Similarly, she has collaborated with TEA Ediciones on the pilot project for typing the TEA Questionnaire for the Assessment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). She has published several articles focused on health and wellness issues on the Mejor con Salud portal.

For Raquel, psychology is not only a profession, but her passion. A saying she identifies with is:
