Green tea is one of the most popular beverages in the world for weight loss. There have been many properties attributed to it and some say it could be an ally in any weight loss efforts.

Due to its diuretic properties, it’s a good remedy against fluid retention. Therefore, it could also contribute to a decrease in your abdomen (which would make you think you’ve lost some weight).

Those who’ve been encouraged to incorporate this drink into their lifestyle to lose weight and improve their health not only consume it in its traditional form but also blend it with other natural ingredients to vary the flavor.

Today we’d like to share four interesting recipes that can help you lose weight when used as a part of a well-balanced diet.
