About the author
Graduated in Dietetics and Human Nutrition from the Roger de Llúria School in Barcelona in 2012. After finishing her official studies, Anna Vilarrasa specialized in Vegan Diets, and later in Infant Nutrition.
Likewise, she has the Food Communication Postgraduate Diploma awarded by the Open University of Catalonia, the Higher University Course on Food and Nutrition in Children of the IL3 Continuing Education Institute - University of Barcelona, and a Specialization course in Vegetarian Clinical Nutrition of the Institute of Nutrition and Health Sciences .
Currently, she is working at the herbalist company Herbolari Bo de Bo, an activity that she combines with dietary advice consultations (both face-to-face and online) and the creation of personalized individual and group menus.
