Ingredients

  • 3 oranges
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil (32 g)

Utensils

  • Glass Jar
  • Wooden spoon
  • Clingfilm

Preparation

  • Extract the juice from the oranges and pour it into the glass jar.
  • Peel the garlic cloves, crush them until you have a paste and then add it to the jar.
  • Add the olive oil and stir all the ingredients with the wooden spoon.
  • Cover the jar and leave it to stand for 10 to 12 hours before using it.

Method of application

  • Rub the treatment into the areas affected by varicose veins.
  • Massage the area for 5 to 8 minutes to increase the absorption of the nutrients.
  • After this time, wrap the area in clingfilm, without squeezing it too much.
  • Leave it to act for 40 minutes and rinse.
  • Repeat the remedy each night before you go to bed, or at least 3 times a week.

Note: Avoid exposing your skin to the sun after using this remedy because this could lead to discoloration due to its citric acid content. Rinse with plenty of water.
