How to prepare this home garlic and orange remedy

For this reason, it is important to be consistent with applying it in order to achieve satisfactory results in less time.
Ingredients
- 3 oranges
- 5 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil (32 g)
Utensils
- Glass Jar
- Wooden spoon
- Clingfilm
Preparation
- Extract the juice from the oranges and pour it into the glass jar.
- Peel the garlic cloves, crush them until you have a paste and then add it to the jar.
- Add the olive oil and stir all the ingredients with the wooden spoon.
- Cover the jar and leave it to stand for 10 to 12 hours before using it.
Method of application
- Rub the treatment into the areas affected by varicose veins.
- Massage the area for 5 to 8 minutes to increase the absorption of the nutrients.
- After this time, wrap the area in clingfilm, without squeezing it too much.
- Leave it to act for 40 minutes and rinse.
- Repeat the remedy each night before you go to bed, or at least 3 times a week.
Note: Avoid exposing your skin to the sun after using this remedy because this could lead to discoloration due to its citric acid content. Rinse with plenty of water.
