Carrots are a very well-known vegetable all over the world. This isn’t just because of their flavor, but also because of their nutrients. These include:

  • Fiber
  • Vitamins (A, B, C, D, E, and Folic acid)
  • Minerals (iron, potassium, phosphorus, and calcium)
  • Natural antioxidants

Also, they have a low number of calories. They only have 25 calories per 100 grams.

Carrots can also be prepared in many ways. They can be eaten raw, cooked, juiced, or put in smoothies.

This makes them a special food that’s able to carry out a large number jobs in your body like:

  • Managing digestive diseases like diarrhea and constipation
  • Helping you lose weight

1. Carrot and mango smoothie

Mango is a rich, pulpy, juicy fruit. It’s rich in magnesium and vitamins A, C, and K. These make it a great anti-inflammatory food.

Also, just like pineapples, mangoes have enzymes that encourage intestinal movement.


  • 2 carrots
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 3 mangos


  • Wash the carrots and mangos.
  • Peel the mango and remove the flesh from the seed.
  • Put the carrot and water in a pot. Then boil the carrots for 20 minutes.
  • Then, add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend them until you get a smooth mixture.

How to drink it

  • Drink between 1 and 2 cups of this smoothie with your breakfast for a week.

Together with the properties of carrots, this smoothie doesn’t just help you detoxify your body. It also helps you reduce any inflammation you have and strengthen your immune system.

To get better effects, we suggest that you eat a balanced diet. You should also drink enough water during the day.

2. Carrot and apple smoothie

Just like carrots, apples stand out a lot. This is because of their incredible benefits and properties.

Apples are able to:

  • Reduce cholesterol
  • Increase intestinal movement
  • Get rid of toxins

So, this smoothie is the best way to relieve gastrointestinal problems, get rid of toxins that you have in your body and, it also helps you lose weight.



  • First, wash all of the ingredients
  • Then, peel the apple and take out the seeds.
  • Cut the apple, strawberries, and carrots into small pieces.
  • Put all of the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend them for a few minutes until you get a smooth drink.

How to drink it

  • Drink a cup of this smoothie with lunch for two weeks.

3. Carrot and chia smoothie

Chia seeds are also a great source of fiber, antioxidants, calcium, and protein. They also have wonderfully high amounts of omega 3.

These nutrients don’t just give you a fantastic purifying smoothie. They’ll also help you to fight problems with cholesterol, obesity, and heartburn.


  • 1 carrot
  • 2 oranges, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup of water


  • Soak the chia seeds with the pumpkin seeds in one cup of water for at least 6 hours.
  • Juice the oranges.
  • Wash the carrot and chop it into small pieces.
  • Put all of the ingredients in your blender. Then, blend them until you get a smooth mixture.

How to drink it

  • Drink a cup of this smoothie at least a half an hour before breakfast.
  • Drink this every day for a week.

4. Melon and carrot smoothie

Melon isn’t just a great source of both vitamins A and E and antioxidants. It also acts as a smooth laxative that helps you to get rid of toxins. Plus, it also reduces heartburn.


  • 2 carrots
  • 1 cup of melon
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cups of water


  • Wash the carrots and the melon pieces.
  • Juice the lemon.
  • Put all of the ingredients in your blender and blend them for a minute.

How to drink it

  • We suggest drinking 1 cup of this drink together with your lunch for 9 days. This way, you’ll encourage better intestinal movement.

5. Beet and carrot juice

You can add them to a delicious smoothie that helps you to detoxify and get rid of all the toxins in your body.


  • 1 carrot
  • 1 beet
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 lemon, juiced


  • Wash the beet and carrot.
  • Put them in a pot with the water. Let them simmer for 20 minutes.
  • While the vegetables are simmering, juice the lemon.
  • Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend them until you get a smooth mixture.

How to drink it

  • We suggest that you drink this for breakfast over the course of a week. This way, you can get all of the benefits it has. You’ll also start your day with more energy.

Also, we don’t just recommend eating a balanced diet. You’ll also need to drink enough water and exercise at least 3 times per week. This will keep your body healthy and strong.
