Graduate in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Santiago de Compostela (2016). He has a postgraduate degree in Genetic, Environmental and Nutritional Determinants of Development and Growth in the same house of study (2018) and a certification as University Expert in Sports Nutrition by the University of La Rioja (2019).
Between 2016 and 2018, she worked as a nutritionist at the Bulimia and Anorexia Association of A Coruña (ABAC) and at the Hospital Clínico Universitario de Santiago as part of her undergraduate and postgraduate internships.
He has collaborated in writing articles on nutrition, ergogenic aids, health and sport in the blog of the web portal of the supplement brand Prozis. Also as awriter and curator of texts on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits in various digital media.
Between 2018 and 2021 he worked as a nutritionist for the first team of Real Club Deportivo de La Coruña S.A.D., where among other functions he was in charge of the design and supervision of travel and dining menus, the establishment of supplementation guidelines and the development of customized plans for players with specific demands.
Saúl Sánchez currently works as a clinical nutritionist. Although he specializes in elite or high competition athletes, he also adapts to any of the needs and requirements of people who wish to achieve a sense of wellbeing.
