With a degree in Psychology, Montse Armero has worked as director of the area of psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults, and also as a psychopedagogical counselor and teacher in various education centers. She has more than 20 years of experience as a clinical psychologist, work that she currently practices in a private practice.

About the author

Graduated in Psychology from the University of Barcelona in 2000. This health professional has a Master's Degree in Clinical and Health Psychology completed in 2001 at the Higher Institute of Psychological Studies.

In addition, she has two postgraduate degrees, one in Psychographological Expertise, Graphoanalysis, Graphopathology and Graphic Projective Tests carried out in 2009 at the Autonomous University of Barcelona and another that certifies her as a University Expert in Clinical Psychoneuroimmunology carried out in 2019 at the EFHRE International University.

She served for 4 years in the position of director of the Psychological Center and Natural Therapies. She is accredited as a General Health Psychologist, since 2000, and has practiced professionally as a psychologist, school counselor, trainer and teacher of children, adolescents and adults.

She currently works as an online psychologist and collaborates with various digital media in the preparation and correction of content related to her academic field.

This versatile professional is the author of the book Learning to Live, and, in 2019, she won the third prize in the Literary Contest for Popular Psychology Articles of the Official College of Psychologists of Catalonia.
