  • Lower the heat and allow the mixture to simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Remove the mixture from the heat. Let it stand until it reaches room temperature.
  • Strain the mixture and serve it in a glass.
  • Drink your first glass on an empty stomach. Drink the rest distributed throughout the day.
