1. Green kidney care smoothie

This green drink will probably become one of your new favorites. Made with cucumber, lemon, and parsley, it’s as light as a medicinal tonic. Here are some of the benefits:

  • Cucumber is hydrating and cleansing.
  • Parsley is also an herb that’s known to be conducive to good renal health.

This drink promotes detoxification, removes toxins, is anti-inflammatory, and even fights kidney stones. Keep in mind, however, that parsley is not suitable if you’re pregnant because it can cause uterine contractions.

Here’s how to make it.

  • 1 teaspoon of parsley (5 g)
  • 1 cucumber
  • The juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 cup of water (200 ml)

  • The first thing you should do is wash the parsley well. Set it aside and wash the cucumber. Next, peel the cucumber and slice it into a few pieces.
  • Squeeze the juice from the lemon and add it to the blender.
  • Then add the remaining ingredients: the parsley, cucumber, and cup of water.
  • Blend well for a few seconds and serve this in your favorite glass.

2. Vitamin and detox smoothie

Caring for your kidneys requires foods that will strengthen your immune system. It’s not enough to just detox: you need adequate vitamin levels to strengthen your defenses.

One way to achieve this is to make this natural beverage made with apple, honey, and aloe vera. These three medicinal elements not only care for your kidneys, but also your liver, and they can even prevent urinary tract infections.

  • Choose an apple (ideally from an organic orchard). Wash it well, peel it, and slice it into quarters.
  • Then it’s time for that tablespoon of aloe. You only need to slice open a small piece of the plant and scrape out that tablespoon. It’s easy!
  • Next, simply add all the ingredients to your blender and process until you get a smooth beverage made with apple, honey, aloe, and water.
  • Remember to drink this natural smoothie twice a week.

3. Bedtime smoothies for healthy kidneys

Is it possible to take care of your kidneys while also ensuring a good night’s rest? Of course it is! All you need is two ingredients: coconut water and pumpkin.

In addition to being delicious, coconut water is one of the best natural ways to detox your body.

When you drink coconut water, you strengthen your immune system and eliminate lots of bacteria that can cause urinary tract infections. Coconut water also fights kidney infections and promotes the removal of fluids.

Pumpkin, on the other hand, is rich in vitamins and minerals that care for your digestion and allow for the elimination of waste from your body.

If you combine these ingredients you will care for your kidney health and promote good sleep at the same time. Two for one!

  • 1 cup of natural coconut water (200 ml)
  • 1/2 cup of cooked pumpkin flesh (100 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (25 g)

  • If the pumpkin is already boiled or roasted, you can make this drink in just five minutes.
  • All you need to do is add the coconut water, the pumpkin, and the honey to the blender.
  • Process everything for a few seconds and drink this after your dinner, two hours before you go to bed.

You’ll feel great!
