  • ½ cup of lemon juice (125 ml)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 leaves of mint
  • Ice
  • 1 cup of water (250 ml)


  • Peel the cucumber , remove the seeds, and then cut into slices.
  • Blend all ingredients until you obtain a smooth texture.
  • You can add the ice later if you cannot blend it.
  • Pour the smoothie into a pitcher and let it sit in the fridge for a few minutes before serving.
