This question goes along with the last one. It should always be one of the first questions you ask yourself when you feel lost.

Sometimes, following a dream means more stress and tiredness. It can also mean making hard decisions you don’t want to make.

In these cases, it’s a good idea to weigh the pros and cons of stopping or continuing.

When doing this analysis, try to be as objective as possible. Also, think about how your decision would affect your friends, family, and those around you.

Finally, remember that the decision is yours. However, it’s better to make it while being completely conscious of what it implies. This requires a lot of reflection. This means you should be patient and calm throughout the process.

4. What can I do to be a better person?

It’s possible that the reason you feel lost is because your actions and values don’t match up.

Sometimes, something deep down tells you that you aren’t doing the right thing with your life. If this happens, you are going to feel bad about the results. A lot of this is because you try to trick yourself.
