Gastritis is the inflammation of the mucus membrane of the stomach lining and it’s usually caused by a bacteria called Helicobacter pylori.

However, there are other factors that can also trigger the inflammation such as:

1. Parsley juice

  • 1 spring of parsley
  • ½ carrot
  • 1 cup of water (250 ml)


  • First, chop the parsley and carrot into small cubes.
  • Then, put them in a blender and add water.
  • Finally, blend together until the ingredients are completely mixed together.

2. Carrot, celery and spinach juice

  • 6 carrots
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 3 spinach leaves


  • First, wash the vegetables with plenty of water.
  • Next, dice the carrots and celery.
  • Then, mix the ingredients together in a blender.
  • Finally, if you desire, sweeten the juice with honey.

3. Papaya juice, one of the best remedies against gastritis

For instance, papaya contains natural agents that can reduce stomach inflammation. Additionally, it can aid the occasional pain caused by gastritis. 


  • ½ barely ripened papaya
  • 1 cup of water (200 ml)


  • First, peel and quarter the papaya.
  • Next, place in a blender along with the water.
  • Then, blend until the mix is homogeneous.

3. Banana and pear juice

5. Apple juice with coconut

  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup of coconut water (250 ml)


  • First, take out the seed and core the apple. Cut it into pieces.
  • Then, put it the apple pieces in a blender along with the coconut water.
  • Lastly, blend until the ingredients are completely mixed.

6. Aloe vera and papaya juice

Aloe vera is a source of amino-acids, calcium and magnesium. Its nutrients make aloe vera a popular recommendation for eliminating the problems that appear in gastritis cases.

  • 1 cup of aloe vera gel (200 g)
  • ½ cup of papaya (100 g)
  • 1 cup of water (200 ml)


  • First, extract the aloe gel.
  • Then, dice the papaya.
  • Next, place in a blender along with the cup of water.
  • Finally, blend until the mixture is uniform in color.

Note: Once you cut the aloe vera leaf, it’s essential to use it immediately because the gel looses its properties when coming into contact with oxygen.

7. Cabbage juice

Cabbage is rich in vitamin C, fiver and mineral salts. Thanks to its inflammatory and purifying  properties it works as a remedy for ulcers and gastritis.


  • 1 cabbage
  • 1 cup of water (200 ml)


  • Wash the cabbage with plenty of water and cut in half.
  • Place both halves in a blender.
  • Add a cup of water and blend.

8. Potato juice


The liquid that comes from raw potatoes is a natural ally for reducing acid and treating stomach inflammation.


  • 1 raw potato
  • 1 cup of water (200 ml)


  • First, wash and peel the potato.
  • Then, dice it and place it in a blender with the water.
  • Finally, sweeten with honey.

Additional advice

  • For starters, avoid consuming greasy foods as well as fast foods.
  • Also, increase natural fiber and integral grain intake.
  • And, eliminate critic fruits from your diet.
  • Additionally, try to eat legumes.
  • Don’t use too many condiments during your meals
  • Also, avoid stress and bad moods.

  • And, at breakfast early to avoid long hours with an empty stomach.
