  • To make this simple homemade mask for varicose veins, the first thing you will do is to put the carrot in the blender and process it well until you get a smooth mixture.
  • Next, add aloe vera gel. If you need to extract the gel from the aloe vera plant, first, carefully remove the thorns from the stems. Then, slice the leaf lengthwise, and remove the transparent gel using a spoon. Use equal parts aloe vera gel to the carrot puree.
  • Then, add the apple cider vinegar. Hold the liquid measure at eye-level to get the exact amount. You will need enough so that when it is added to the carrot and aloe mixture, it creates a smooth paste. Make sure that it is neither too runny nor too thick, or you won’t be able to spread it over your varicose veins.
  • Finally, process the ingredients in the blender to get a smooth and homogeneous cream. Now, it’s ready to use!

How do I use it?
