  • 3 cups of water
  • 2 tablespoons of grated ginger
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 6 mint leaves (optional)


  • Boil the water and add the grated ginger and lemon juice.

  • Put in the fridge for a couple of hours until chilled.
