Homemade Juices to Reduce Cholesterol
Having high cholesterol is very bad for your body because it can trigger complications like clogging of the arteries. It is a condition that requires constant and regular control in order to prevent serious cardiovascular diseases. Because of that, today we’re bringing you the following juices to reduce cholesterol and triglycerides.
Recipes for juices to reduce cholesterol
Apple juice
There is a lot of research that shows that apples are very good for lowing cholesterol levels, whether they are in juice form or whole. They are very beneficial for your health in general, especially for increasing good cholesterol (HDL) and reducing the bad kind (LDL).
Drinking apple juice everyday is a very natural method to cleanse your blood because of its pectin content. This is a soluble fiber that boosts toxin elimination, and has a depurative effect on your body.
Lemon and Ginger Juice
Both these contain active ingredients which are antioxidants. These can help to reduce cholesterol and prevent your arteries from getting clogged. Lemon helps reduce high blood pressure and burn calories and fats.
Ginger, on the other hand, has the ability to stop the formation of blood cells that can impede the proper functioning of your circulation. It also raises the body’s temperature in order to burn fat. This juice is made with one lemon, 4 oz of ginger root, and a little bit of water.
Kiwi, Strawberry, and Orange Juice
This is another of our juices to reduce cholesterol, and is also packed with vitamin C. This in itself is great for controlling high cholesterol and even preventing it. The three fruits it contains are very healthy and delicious. Strawberries give it its aroma and sweet flavor, and they also improve the blood plaque function.
Pomegranate Juice
This red fruit is known to be a great source of antioxidants, which are great for protecting your heart’s health. It also contains tannins, flavonoids, and fiber, which turns the pomegranate into a great way to say goodbye to cholesterol and hypercholesterolemia. It also helps to prevent fluid retention and can help against hypertension.
Grape and Pineapple Juice
This is a juice that is excellent for eliminating toxins and reducing LDL cholesterol. Pineapple is one of the most effective fruits for that goal, which is why you can add it to a cholesterol fighting diet. If you add the properties of grapes to that, you will also be able to improve blood circulation.
Celery, Apple, and Cucumber Juice
The ingredients for this delicious juice are three apples, two celery stalks, and three quarters of a large cucumber. Firstly, wash and peel the apple well and remove its stem. Then cut the cucumber into slices. Finally, blend everything well and serve it in a glass. Drink it on an empty stomach every morning for a week.
Pineapple, Parsley, Celery, and Cucumber Juice
The ingredients are 1 parsley sprig, 1 celery stalk, 1 cucumber, and 2 slices of pineapple. Wash, cut, and blend. Drink in the morning.
Celery, Carrot, Parsley, and Spinach Juice
For another of our juices to reduce cholesterol, just combine a celery stalk, a carrot, a handful of spinach, and a parsley sprig. Wash, cut, and peel everything. Then blend it and drink a glass every morning before breakfast.
Banana, Papaya, and Orange Juice
You will need two pieces of papaya, 1 orange, and two bananas. Peel the bananas and cut them in slices. Then squeeze the juice from the orange and cut the papaya into slices. Finally, mix all of it in the blender and drink it in the morning.
Cabbage and Garlic Juice
You will need two garlic cloves and half of a medium cabbage for this juice. Crush the garlic and wash and dice the cabbage. Put all of it in the blender and add a glass of water. Drink it in the morning but don’t do the treatment for longer than a week because it weakens your thyroid glands.
Lemon, Cucumber, Garlic, Aloe, and Grapefruit Juice
You will need half a cucumber, two garlic cloves, juice from one lemon, a tablespoon of aloe, and a glass of grapefruit juice. Wash all of the ingredients, squeeze the juices, and cut the cucumber into slices. Crush the garlic. Blend all of it very well and drink a glass a day, three times a week.
Apple, Milk, Pistachio, and Sugar Juice
The ingredient you will need are two apples, a cup of milk, two scoops of pistachio ice cream , and sugar to taste. You can also add crushed ice. Put all of the peeled apples without their cores in the blender, add the other ingredients, and mix well.

Although lemon and apple are the ones that “do the most work”, the other ingredients are also good for reducing cholesterol.
Apple, Broccoli, Tomato, Carrot, and Cranberry Juice
This is the last of our juices to reduce cholesterol. This recipe contains a peeled apple without its core and cut into quarters, a broccoli stem cut into slices, a peeled and sliced carrot, half a tomato, diced, and a cup of halved or whole cranberries. Put all of the ingredients in the blender and mix well. Drink it every morning. The fiber will be one of the most important nutrients for your body.
