Basic lines of the teaspoon massage

Run the teaspoon along these lines for the teaspoon massage.

  • At the top of the nose to the temples and the hairline.
  • On the eyelids in a circular motion from the inner corner outwards.
  • On the cheeks from the nose down and from the nose to each side.
  • From the chin upwards.
  • From the neck line to the chin.

Each of these movements should be done a minimum of 10 times along each line.

Whenever the spoon stops sliding easily, dip it in the oil again.

Once you have finished the massage you should wash your face with warm water.
