Hives is a very common skin condition that you can get at any age. It manifests as red, raised, itchy bumps that are really annoying. But have you ever herad of the natural remedies for hives?

It’s one of the most common skin diseases (dermatosis). Women are more likely to suffer from hives. They mostly appear after adolescence, but people can get them at any age.  When you press on them, they don’t disappear (meaning they’re non-blanching), as with other injuries.

  • Leave on for an hour and then wash with cold water.

Aloe vera gel contains powerful antioxidants that belong to the huge family of substances known as polyphenols. These polyphenols, together with other aloe vera compounds, can help prevent the growth of certain bacteria that cause infections and skin allergies.
Ingredients

  • 2 aloe vera leaves

Preparation

  • First, cut the aloe vera leaves in half to reach the gel.
  • Apply the gel to the affected area and leave on for about 2 hours.
  • After the indicated time, remove and wash with water.
  1. Chamomile Tea

Undoubtedly, this is a very effective herb to soothe the itching caused by an allergy. It’s one of the best solutions to relieve itching.

It soothes and moisturizes the skin and also helps reduce swelling and repair the skin.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of chamomile flowers (15 g)
  • 1 cup of water (250 ml)

Preparation

  • Boil the water along with the chamomile leaves.
  • Let infuse for a few minutes, then turn off the heat and let stand for another 7 minutes.
  • After the indicated time, strain the infusion, drink it, and wait to see results.

To avoid hives, you must follow a balanced diet, eat lots of vegetables, drink plenty of water every day to moisturize your skin, and maintain a good personal hygiene.
