We particularly recommend that you include kale, kombu, niro, spinach, broccoli, arame, lettuce, spirulina, and arugula.

Fruit is another food that can help combat warts and strengthen your immune system. Depending on what kind of fruit you eat you can get a variety of benefits.

A few examples are:

  • Tomatoes, berries, and peppers are rich in anti-oxidants. The best thing is that they’re so low in calories that you needn’t worry about adding them to all your meals.
