As we all know, these days there are many beauty treatments for flabby arms, which can be unsightly and difficult to tone. But not all of them are effective. In fact, most of the time there’s nothing better than treating this problem naturally.

But why do we get flabby arms? Arm  flabbiness is usually genetic or at least the predisposition that leads to it.

Nevertheless, it’s something that stands out upon gaining or losing weight, or when one stops frequently doing activities that use the arm muscles, such as lifting weights.

Home treatment for flabby arms

Flabby arm.

This skin mask is rich in vitamin E, the main component of many beauty creams. It may help you have toned arms without having to resort to expensive creams.

Additionally, thanks to the properties of its ingredients, it may protect the body’s tissues from free radicals, which is precisely what gives it the firming effect we’re talking about.

Ingredients

  • Half a cup of plain yogurt (100 g)
  • One egg
  • A vitamin E capsule

Preparation

  • The first thing you must do is mix the plain yogurt and the egg.
  • If you want to make more, add all ingredients in equal parts. You need one-half cup of yogurt for each egg.
  • Use both the egg white and the yolk and don’t forget to beat the eggs before adding the yogurt. After, mix it all together.
  • Now, open the vitamin E capsule. They’re easy to find at the supermarket. You’ll find that they have a gelatinous texture because they have liquid inside.
  • Pour the filling over the previously mixed ingredients, including vitamin E oil if you like.
  • Mix it all together until you get a homogeneous texture and put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes so it can cool.
  • If the yogurt was already in the refrigerator, this won’t take long.
  • Finally, all you have to do is apply the mask to your arms, rubbing it in so that it absorbs well.
  • Leave it on for ten minutes, then wash it off with a lot of cold water.
  • Repeat this process two or three times a week.

As long as you keep up this treatment, you may see results in a month by just applying it once a day.
