  • 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder (2.5 g)
  • 2 to 3 slices of ginger (30g)
  • 1 tbsp. of honey (25 g)
  • 1 c. of water (250 ml)


  • Peel and grate the ginger
  • Heat the water and add the ginger
  • Wait about five or ten minutes until it boils
  • Afterwards, remove it from the heat, and strain and keep the liquid
  • Pour the liquid into a cup and add the turmeric powder
  • Add some honey to sweeten the tea and stir it
  • You can add a few drops of lemon juice to give it some flavor, add a lemon slice if you prefer
