About the author
Vanesa graduated in Dentistry from the Faculty of Dentistry at the National University of Córdoba (Argentina) in 2008. She has a Diploma in Abuse and Child Sexual Abuse granted by the Education Congress Group (Argentina) in 2011, and a Masters in Health Promotion and Social Development, in a joint degree from the Public University of Navarra (Spain) and the University of Bordeaux (France), in 2017.
Likewise, she is trained in Planning and Programming in Community Dentistry by the Argentine Community Dental Network and has published scientific papers on oral health in the school environment and health.
She worked as a general dentist in public sector institutions and in NGOs, developing her work in clinics and as a health promoter in rural and marginalized areas (Argentina). She also carried out public health projects linked to improving the quality of life and promoting health in schools, especially in rural areas.
In addition, she served as an associate professor at the Faculty of Dentistry of the National University of Córdoba, as well as a professor of different subjects at the Padre Severiano Educational Center managed by the Valdocco Foundation.
Currently, she is dedicated to writing freelance medical and dental topics on portals such as Mejor con Salud and Eres Mamá.
