Graduated in Human Nutrition and Dietetics in 2016 from the University of Santiago de Compostela, and then, in 2018, he did a postgraduate degree in Genetic, Environmental and Nutritional Conditions of Development and Growth in the same University. In 2019, at the University of La Rioja (UNIR), he was certified as a University Expert in Sports Nutrition. From 2016 to 2018, he worked as a nutritionist at the Bulimia and Anorexia Association of A Coruña ABAC and at the Hospital Clínico Universitario de Santiago as part of his undergraduate and postgraduate internships, respectively. He has collaborated in the writing of articles on nutrition, ergogenic aids, health, and sports in the blog of the Prozis supplement brand web portal, as well as working as editor and curator of texts on nutrition, and healthy living habits on the Step to Health website. He currently combines these activities with his position as nutritionist for the first team of the Real Club Deportivo de La Coruña SAD, where, among other functions, he is in charge of the design and supervision of travel and dining menus, the establishment of supplementation guidelines, and the preparation of personalized plans for players with specific demands.
