About the author
She graduated in 2015 in Psychology from the Complutense University of Madrid with a degree in Clinical Psychology. She has two Master's degrees from the Higher Institute of Psychological Studies ( ISEP ), one in Clinical and Health Psychology and the other in Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy.
She has completed complementary training in Family Therapy at the IASE Institute and in Approaching Addictions in Women at the Spiral Institute Foundation in Madrid. In addition, she was a volunteer at the Red Madre Foundation where she provided support and accompaniment to pregnant women .
With great vocation and passion for her profession, she has been working as a freelance psychologist since 2018 in Valladolid and continues to train in order to bring people closer to the knowledge and resources that psychology provides to achieve a better quality of life.
