  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 2 cups of water (500 ml)


  • Bring the water to a boil.
  • Once it is boiling, add the three cloves of crushed garlic and let it steep for a few minutes.
  • Let this tea sit for seven minutes, pour into a mug, and drink immediately.

2-Echinacea tea

3-Ginger tea

  • 1 cup of water (250 ml)


  • Heat the water to a boil and add the ginger.
