  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • A quarter cup of small mushrooms

  • 400 grams (16 oz) of beans or kidney beans
  • 100 grams (4 oz) of breadcrumbs
  • 100 grams (4 oz) of grated cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon of chopped herbs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Flour

Step by step

  1. Wash, peel, and chop all the ingredients.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion with the mushrooms and peppers until tender.
  3. Mash the legumes and mix the result with the sautéed vegetables.
  4. Add the breadcrumbs, cheese, and herbs.
  5. Finally, add the egg yolk and work the dough and shape it.
  6. Form the sausages with this mixture.
  7. Cover the sausages in flour and place them on a greased plate.
  8. Put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  9. Cook the sausages on the grill for 15 minutes until browned on all sides and you’re done.

  1. Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

  4. Then, form cylinders and place them on a piece of aluminum foil and roll them up.
  5. Present these packets on a baking sheet and bake them at 190 degrees Celsius (375 F) for 20 minutes.
