Cheesecakes are great regret-free desserts if you know how to make them right. This one is a great option:

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (100 g)
  • 1 cup of low-fat cream cheese (200 g)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of skimmed milk (125 ml)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons of honey (50 g)
  • 1 cup of oats (100 g)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon (8 g)
  • 1/2 cup of raspberries (75 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of liquid stevia (30 ml)
  • 1/4 cup of water (62 ml)

Preparation

  1. The first thing you need to make is the base. Mix the oats, cinnamon, and banana in a bowl.
  2. Then, pour this mixture into a mold dusted with flour and place in the oven for 10 minutes at around 160°C. Then, store in the fridge.
  3. Next, mix the cream cheese with the milk, yogurt, and honey in a bowl.
  4. Then, add the eggs one by one and then the egg whites.
  5. After, pour this mixture into the mold with the base and place in the oven at the same temperature for 10 minutes. Place back in the fridge.
  6. Next, tip the raspberries, stevia, and cup of water into a pan. Mix constantly over a low heat until you achieve a jam-like consistency.
  7. Lastly, take the mold with the cheesecake filling, and pour a thick layer of the raspberry mixture on top.
  8. Decorate with some mint leaves and serve.

2. Neapolitan Flan

Napolitano flan is one of the healthy regret-free desserts

Flans generally contain a lot of calories and carbohydrates, but this is a healthy version. After all, there’s nothing like a healthy, regret- free dessert you can make for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of honey (50 g)
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons of vanilla (30 ml)
  • 2 1/4 glasses of skimmed milk (450 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon of stevia (5 ml)
  • 1/4 glass of water (50 ml)

Preparation

  1. First, beat the eggs and white in a bowl. Once they’re frothy, add the honey and vanilla.
  2. Then, add the milk and mix well.
  3. Take a mold and sprinkle some wheat flour or rice flour over it so that the dessert doesn’t stick. Pour in the mixture.
  4. Next, place the mold in the oven at 180°C for around 30 minutes. Use a knife or a toothpick to check if it’s ready.
  5. Then, place a pan on a medium heat and pour in the stevia and the water until it forms a caramel. It should take a golden color.
  6. Remember, this isn’t sugar, so its color and texture will be slightly different.
  7. Finally, remove the flan from the mold and pour the caramel on top.
  8. Enjoy your Neapolitan flan!

3. Chocolate and Sweet Potato Muffins

Who said that you couldn’t be healthy and still enjoy some delicious muffins? We’ve become convinced that chocolate is synonymous with calories and carbohydrates, but it all depends on the type and how much you eat.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of sweet potato (100 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder (15 g)

  • 1/4 cup of skimmed milk (62 ml)
  • 1 medium-size bar of dark chocolate, grated (150 g)
  • 2 eggs
  • Two tablespoons of vanilla essence (30 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey (50 g)

  1. First, boil the sweet potatoes in a pan.
  2. Once soft, remove them from the heat, drain them off, and mash them.
  3. Then, add the eggs, baking powder, milk, and oats. Mix them well so that there are no lumps.
  4. Next, pour in the honey and vanilla essence. You’ll be left with a very thick dough.
  5. Then, dust the muffin molds with flour and separate the dough into each mold. Grate a little dark chocolate over each one.
  6. Finally, place them in the oven for between 20 and 30 minutes at about 170 °C.
  7. Then, remove them and let them cool.
