Use grapes to rejuvenate your skin
Grapes contain powerful antioxidants that counteract the degradation of elastin and collagen. They also aide in the elimination of dead cells and may even slow down premature aging. This is due to their composition of polyphenols, flavonoids, resveratrol, catechins, and tannins.
This fruit is also rich in organic acids like citric acid, tartaric, and malic acid. Grapes also offer vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, C, and K, as well as minerals like zinc, copper, phosphorous, magnesium, and potassium. For all of these reasons, this delicious fruit is one of the best allies when it comes to aesthetics.
