Easy Exercises to Get Rid of Belly Fat
If you don’t like to exercise but want to get rid of fat around the abdomen, try walking to places where you would normally drive and take the stairs instead of the elevator.

Exercise No. 1
This exercise is known as the plank. Get into a position facing the floor but supported by your forearms and toes. Try to maintain this position as long as possible. Your body should form a straight line between your shoulders and your heels. Try to keep your pelvis in a neutral position – neither elevated nor lowered.
To hold this pose, you’ll need to contract your core abdominal muscles. Squeeze them tightly until you feel exhausted – stay in this position as long as you can.
Exercise No. 2
The exercise we’ll describe next is one of the best for burning belly fat and is known as the crunch.
Lay on your back with your hands behind your head and elbows out, with bent knees and feet flat on the floor. Raise your legs until they are at a 90° angle to your body. If you find it difficult to hold that position, you can rest your feet or calves on a chair. When you’re ready, lift your shoulders and upper body off the floor, contracting the abdominal muscles and bringing the knees closer to your elbows at the same time. Make sure you don’t lift your lower back or buttocks off the floor.
Make sure you focus on your breathing while doing this exercise. Exhale as you lift up, and inhale as you lower back to the starting position. You can make this more difficult by holding a dumbbell behind your head as you lift.

You should also do exercises that strengthen your core and your abs. By the core we’re referring not only to the abdominal muscles, but also to muscles in the lower back and pectoral area.
