  • 2/4 cup of raisins (50 g).

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 120°C.
  • In a medium size bowl, mix the oatmeal, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In another bowl, mash both bananas.
  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Add the raisins and stir to evenly scatter them in the mixture.
  • Shape the cookies in your hands.
  • Place them on a cookie sheet and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.

  1. Baked Sugar-Free Fritters

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs (180 g).
  • 1 cup of flour (100 g).
  • 1 lemon peel.
  • Sweetener.
  • 1 stick of low-fat butter (80 g).
  • 1 can of fat free milk (125 mL).
  • A pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh yeast (10 g).

Instructions

  • Heat the milk over a medium flame and melt the butter.
  • Add a little cinnamon, a teaspoon of sweetener, and the lemon peel.
  • Let it infuse for 15 to 25 minutes so the milk absorbs the flavor.
  • Take out the lemon peel.
  • Add the sifted flour and stir well.
  • Remove from heat and add the eggs one by one, stirring them thoroughly.
  • Don’t let any lumps appear so the dough turns out to be very thin.
  • Dissolve the fresh yeast in a tablespoon of water and add to the mixture.
  • Place the mixture in a pastry bag and fill the pans until ¾ full.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 170°C. Afterwards, turn them with a spoon and bake for 15 more minutes.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs (180 g)
  • ½ cup of flour (100 g).
  • ¼ cup of chopped walnuts (25 g).
  • 3 cups of dark chocolate pieces (300 g)
  • ½ cup of cocoa powder (50 g).
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (5 g).
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil (20 ml)
  • ¼ cup of noncaloric sweetener (25 g).
  • 2 ripe avocado pieces (60 g).

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with the coconut oil. Stir until well-blended, remove from water bath, and let it cool.
  • In a food processor, crush the avocado to form a smooth puree.
  • In a bowl, mix the melted chocolate with the mashed avocado, sweetener, vanilla, and eggs.
  • Add the flour, cocoa, and nuts gradually.
  • Stir them so all ingredients are mixed well together.
  • Place the mixture in a previously greased and floured brownie pan.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
  • Once ready, let them cool at room temperature before cutting them into small pieces.
  1. Strawberry-Filled Chocolate Bonbons

Ingredients

  • 1 large strawberry.
  • ½ cup of whipping cream (50 ml).
  • 1 cup of dark sugar-free chocolate (100 g).
  • Sugar-free strawberry jam (to taste).

Instructions

  • Melt the chocolate with the cream in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly so it doesn’t burn. When you get a homogeneous mixture, remove from heat.
  • Pour half the mixture into previously selected pans.
  • Carefully pour some jam and add very small strawberry pieces on top of this mixture.
  • Pour the rest of the dark chocolate mixture on top to cover the strawberries and completely fill the pan. The surface should be smooth, so you should flatten it with a spatula.
  • Put the pan in the fridge for 2 hours.
  • Once the time is up, flip it carefully and serve.

  1. Healthy Fruit Pop-sickles

Ingredients

  • ½ a kiwi (15 g).
  • 1 melon slice (100 g).
  • 1 cup of strawberries (100g).
  • ½ cup of raspberries (50 g).
  • Natural pineapple juice (200 ml).
