1. Blueberry tofu juice

  • 1/2 cup of blueberries (50 g).
  • 4 tablespoons of soft tofu (40 g).
  • The juice of 2 seedless oranges.
  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger root (10 g).


  • Squeeze the juice from the two oranges.
  • Wash and drain the blueberries well.
  • Add the juice to the blender along with the rest of the ingredients.

  • Add everything to the blender and process for a few minutes.
