Graduated in Nutrition from the School of Dietetics and Nutrition of Mexico City (2018). She has a specialty in Prevention and Treatment of Metabolic and Cardiovascular Diseases and a Master's degree in Eating Disorders and Obesity from the European University of Madrid (2020).
During the 2017-2019 period, she taught courses and workshops for workers of the Mexican State on nutrition, healthy lifestyle and promotion of physical activity. She has worked as a nutrition consultant and advisor, as a clinical nutritionist, and as a researcher. In addition, she works as a disseminator with the writing and editing of content related to her area of specialization. She currently works as a nutritionist in a private practice. She combines teaching healthy habits with self-awareness and mindfulness to achieve better results for her patients.
