About the author
Graduated in Psychology from the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM) in 2018. She has a Master's Degree in General Health Psychology awarded by the same house of studies in 2020.
She has worked as a co-therapist in various psychology offices, including the Center for Applied Psychology of the UAM. Similarly, she has work experience in the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, suicidal ideation, emotional dependence, and assertiveness, as well as social and sexual skills from a cognitive-behavioral model.
Currently, she combines her career with writing articles and novels. She has participated as a volunteer at Hospital La Paz (Madrid), with hospitalized children, and in the Painting for Others program, with families at risk of social exclusion.
