Similarly, she is a specialist in online diet therapy and aftercare for patients with bariatric surgery and, in 2016, she received her accreditation as a vibrational coach.
She has more than 13 years of experience in the treatment of obesity in adult and pediatric patients. She is a practitioner of coaching and mindfulness, which she considers essential tools in the treatment of malnutrition due to deficit or excess and disorders related to eating.
She has participated in international conferences on nutrition, fruit, and vegetable consumption (5 a day, Chile), and social marketing. Since 2015, she has worked professionally as a university professor in food chemistry, nutrition, and hygienic handling of food.
