I am Marie Eloise Figueras, both Philippine Registered Nurse (License No.508314) and US Registered Nurse (Tennessee License No. 204963). I am an NCLEX-passer and a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt. Overall, I have wonderful 9 years of Professional Nursing experience.
I was a Critical Care Staff Nurse at Asian Hospital and Medical Center focusing on areas such as Telemetry, Medical-Surgical, Cardiovascular, Neurological as well as Neonatal from April 2010 to December 2012.
Then a year later, I became a Utilization Review Nurse at Shearwater Health Philippines (formerly Health Care Corporation of America) and then promoted as a Quality Assurance Specialist for Utilization Review Compliance for thorough audits of clinical reviews and medical documentation. I was also able to successfully launch a full Six Sigma Project back in 2017, when I got certified for Six Sigma-Green Belt.
