He graduated as a doctor of Medicine from the Technological Institute ( Intec ), of Santo Domingo, in 2017 and obtained a diploma in Social Security from the same institution in 2020. In addition, he has a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of Nicosia Medical School and a graduate certificate in Principles and Practice of Clinical Research from Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health (2019).
He worked at the Robert Reid Cabral Children's Hospital, in Santo Domingo, as a Teaching Assistant I at the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health, as a Cancer Registry Analyst and Research Assistant and Coordinator of Research and Statistics at the Rosa Emilia National Cancer Institute.
