Abel Verdejo

Physiotherapist and a Master's degree in Physical Activity and Quality of Life for Adults and the Elderly.


He is a physiotherapist from the Miguel Hernández University of Alicante and the University of Seville, a professional in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences at the Pablo de Olavide University of Seville and has a Master's degree in Physical Activity and Quality of Life of Adults and the Elderly from the University of Sevilla.

About the author

He graduated in Physiotherapy from the Miguel Hernández University of Alicante (2014-2017) and from the University of Seville (2017-2018). Previously, he graduated in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences at the Pablo de Olavide University in Seville between 2009 and 2014. During his professional career, he did internships at the Andalusian Federation of Sports for People with Cerebral Palsy (FADPC).

In 2013 and 2014, he studied a Master's Degree in Physical Activity and Quality of Life for Adults and the Elderly taught by the University of Seville. He did internships at the MEDISPORT Therapeutic Exercise Center.

In 2016, he worked as a physiotherapist in the Almansa Half Marathon for the Almansa City Council and in the Alcoy Solidarity Trail for the Jordi Reig physiotherapy polyclinic. From September 2017 to April 2018, he carried out clinical stays in various medical centers. From November 2017 to April 2018, he worked as a personal trainer at the Century Fitness center in Seville and currently works as a physiotherapist at the Balance4u Wellness Studio SL comprehensive sports medical center in Seville.
