Preparation

  • 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder (60 g)

Ingredients

  • 6 cups of whole milk (1.5 liters)
  • 7 egg yolks
  • 7 tablespoons of vanilla sugar (105 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch (25 g)

  • 1 vanilla pod

Preparation
