  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (10 ml)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon (5 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (15 g)
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of water (125 ml)

Preparation

  • Boil the water.
  • Add the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.
  • Pour the honey in and mix until dissolved.
  • Add a pinch of pepper if you like.

2. Hydrogen peroxide
