About the author
She graduated with a degree in Biology at the University of Jaén in 2009 and in Medicine from the University of Lleida in 2012. In addition, she has a Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Granada, a title she received in 2015, and a Degree as Expert in Naturopathy and Natural Therapies from the Miguel Hernández University, obtained in 2017.
She works in the health field in the Andalusian Health Service and has collaborated with private entities such as the Vithas Clinics and Adeslas Salud. Additionally, s he has worked in the educational sector with groups as diverse as the unemployed, university students, and professionals.
She has published many articles and works as an editor with national publishers such as Editorial CEP, Editorial ADAMs, and Editorial Rodio. She writes for the State Public Employment Service (SEPE), where she also collaborates as a teacher in Health Professionalism Certificates and in Vocational Training, specifically, for the training of new technicians in health emergencies and in dietetics and nutrition.
