About the author
Graduated in Psychology, with a special mention in Health, from the Open University of Catalonia (UOC) in 2019 and as a Higher Technician in dietetics from the Center d'Estudis Catalunya in 2010.
This professional has also carried out a training course in physical activity and healthy lifestyle habits at the Orthos School of Fitness and Manual Techniques, based in Barcelona, focusing her field training on the psychology of food. For this reason, she is currently receiving academic training at the Mindful Eating Institute in Nutritional Coaching .
After more than 10 years working in the field of dietetics and sports, she is currently devoting time to the prevention of eating behavior disorders at the Associació contra la Anorèxia y la Bulímia (ACAB) and the Fundació Imatge i Autoestima , where she gives talks and other activities to adolescents, family members and professionals.
This health professional combines her work, with the dissemination of reliable content from her personal project Psiconutrición, whose objective is to teach how to look after oneself in a comprehensive way, with the formation of healthy habits, both individually and in groups.
