About the author
She graduated in 2018 in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Complutense University of Madrid , Spain. She completed a Master's degree in Body Composition Optimization at the Spanish Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is currently studying another Master's degree in Bariatric Surgery at the same institution.
In the last few months of her Master's, she was working in the Department of Endocrinology at the Clinical Hospital of San Carlos. In addition, she has worked as a nutritionist at Nutricare and as an interpreter at HM Hospitales.
Among her achievements is the conference given to children in the Spanish Society of Dietetics and Food Sciences (SEDCA).
