About the author
Graduated in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Barcelona in 2012. Ariadna Álvarez has another Bachelor's degree, but in Traditional Chinese Medicine awarded by the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2018. As well as a specialization in Nutrition Clinic carried out in 2014 at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
She has accumulated her work experience in both the public and private sectors, carrying out her professional internships at the Hospital de Sant Pau, as a dietitian in the pediatric area.
For more than five years she held the position of monitoring activities directed at the CEM Olimpics. And since 2017, she has been in private practice as an autonomous Integrative Nutrition doctor, where she prescribes personalized diet treatments accompanied by Oriental Nutrition and acupuncture, as appropriate.
