About the author

Has a Diploma in Physiotherapy in 2004 from the University of Castilla La Mancha (UCLM). This health provider is a specialist in the Mézières method, as well as in Hypopressive Abdominal Gymnastics, focused on the recovery of the pelvic floor.

In addition, she was trained in the Pilates method for Functional Rehabilitation at the Polestar School and in Myofascial Pain Syndrome and Fibromyalgia at UCLM.

During his career, she has worked in different public and private health centers in Spain and France, applying her knowledge of the different disciplines of Physiotherapy such as neurology, traumatology, geriatrics and respiratory physiotherapy.

This professional, committed to promoting health and good habits, has directed the Back School and has created hypopressive abdominal workshops especially for sports institutions.

Along the same lines, she writes practical physiotherapy articles in simple language, for all audiences, on her personal blog Nhoabalado.com. Currently, she practices in a private clinic in France, applying global methods and manual techniques for the functional recovery of her patients.
