In 2012 she graduated with a Degree in Medicine from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and received her specialty in General Surgery from the Hospital Centro Médico Nacional Siglo XXI of the Mexican Social Security Institute in 2016.
Subsequently, she completed work experience in Hepatobiliopancreatic Surgery at the Hospital Clinic in Barcelona and a Master's Degree in Research in Translational Medicine at the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM).
She has participated in national and international congresses and has taken several courses related to the medical area. She has board certifications in general surgery, digestive, liver and pancreatic diseases. She has done research on medical education, during her career she has presented papers and posters at international conferences and has published research articles in Mexican and international scientific journals.
She has professional experience of more than 5 years in public and private medicine, as well as in basic and clinical research. In addition, she has teaching experience as a university professor .
