About the author

Graduated in Journalism from the Fundación de Educación Superior INPAHU in Bogotá (1990) and in Social Sciences from the Universidad Distrital "Francisco José de Caldas" in Bogotá (1990).

She has experience as a coordinator in the planning, execution and research of projects, as well as in the elaboration of articles for several virtual magazines. Her current occupations include managing the blog of the newspaper El Espectador and writing articles on health, psychology and personal development in various online media .

Some of his professional achievements include the authorship of the books Un duro - Aproximaciones a la vida and Un río de mil brazos, as well as co-authorship of the titles Humor cautivo, Inventario de asombros, Impresos comunitarios and Seis historias para ser contadas, among others.

Likewise, she has received a number of important awards and recognitions. Among these stand out the Cultural Journalism scholarship by the Colombian Ministry of Culture (1999), obtaining the National Internships in Literature from the Colombian Ministry of Culture (on two occasions, 2009 and 2018) and first place in the District Prize of Chronicle City of Bogota (2014). She is passionate about promotion, dissemination and cultural management.
