The combination of aloe vera and honey is a natural alternative to conventional drugs that soothes gastritis and inflammation without the risk of negative side effects.

  • 1½ cups water
  • 3 tablespoons aloe vera gel
  • 1 tablespoon honey


  • Rinse the stalk in water and cut open the aloe vera.
  • Use a spoon to help extract the gel from inside.
  • When ready, mix the aloe vera gel with the honey and water in a blender.
  • You can divide it into two to three doses.

To use

  • At the first symptoms of gastritis, drink half a glass of the liquid, up to two times a day.
  • As a preventative measure drink half a glass after a full meal.
