How to make this natural remedy against acid reflux and gastritis

The combination of aloe vera and honey is a natural alternative to conventional drugs that soothes gastritis and inflammation without the risk of negative side effects. Not only will this remedy reduce the burning discomfort, but it will also regulate the stomach’s pH and prevent damage caused by excess gastric juices.

Ingredients

  • 1½ c. water
  • 3 tbsp aloe vera gel
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions

  • Firstly, rinse the stalk in water and cut open the aloe vera
  • Secondly, use a spoon to help extract the gel from inside
  • Thirdly, when ready, mix the aloe vera gel with the honey and water in a blender
  • Then process everything for a few moments and make sure it is homogeneous
  • Finally, you can divide it into two to three doses

To use

  • At the first symptoms of gastritis, drink half a glass of the liquid, up to two times a day
  • As a preventative measure drink half a glass after a full meal
  • Keep in mind that you shouldn’t take more than the recommended amount because the laxative effect can produce undesired results

How to avoid acid reflux and gastritis?
