However, the problem is that in spite of these qualities, drinking them regularly can affect your metabolic function and lead to problems with your weight and diabetes.

The caffeine and sugar content directly interferes with these processes. It slows down your body’s functions while affecting other systems, as well.

Fortunately, they are very easy to replace, because there are smoothies and energy foods that produce the same effects on your body.
